Do I need an account to place an order?Yes, you must log in or create an account before making a purchase. This allows us to link your order to your profile and give you access to your order history.

How do I reset my password?Click the 'Forgot password' link on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

What features are available in My Account?Your account dashboard includes: My Wishlist, My Orders, Shipping Address, Shopping Cart, and Logout options.

How can I track my orders or download invoices?Go to My Orders, click View on any order to see details. You can also download the invoice as a PDF from there.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

Is my payment information secure?Yes. All payments are securely handled through Stripe’s encrypted platform. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Shipping

How long does delivery take?Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping is also available at checkout.

Do you offer standard or express shipping?Yes, we offer both express shipping and standard shipping.

Can I track my shipment?Yes. Once your order is shipped, you can track it under My Orders > View in your account.
