Getting Started

  • Do I need an account to place an order?
    Yes, you must log in or create an account before making a purchase. This allows us to link your order to your profile and give you access to your order history.
  • Are your materials ethically sourced?
    Yes, all our diamonds and metals are responsibly sourced through certified and ethical suppliers.

My Account

  • How do I reset my password?
    Click the 'Forgot password' link on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
  • What features are available in My Account?
    Your account dashboard includes: My Wishlist, My Orders, Shipping Address, Shopping Cart, and Logout options.
  • How can I track my orders or download invoices?
    Go to My Orders, click View on any order to see details. You can also download the invoice as a PDF from there.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB. Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
  • Is my payment information secure?
    Yes. All payments are securely handled through Stripe’s encrypted platform. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

Shipping

  • How long does delivery take?
    Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping is also available at checkout.
  • Do you offer standard or express shipping?
    Yes, we offer both express shipping and standard shipping.
  • Can I track my shipment?
    Yes. Once your order is shipped, you can track it under My Orders > View in your account.
